Unless you have paid separately for the designing of your exclusive motif,
or supplied it to us in design stitch format, ie on a computer disk, this motif remains
the property of Gemini Motifs/Paula`s Pad.
You can at any time, purchase the property of the motif, for the cost of
£10.00 per 1,000 stitches in the design/motif.
If you do not order (MIN 10) or use the motif for a period of 2 years
(or less by mutual agreement), we will assume that you no longer wish us to keep it for
your exclusive use. In this case, to offset the design costs that we have invested, we
reserve the right to use this motif (if suitable) as a stock motif, or if not suitable for
re-use, to delete it from our computer file. There therefore could be a re-design cost, if
at a later time (after 2 years) you want us to reinstate the motif.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING AT WHOLESALE/DISCOUNT PRICES:-
Written orders only accepted. In fairness to all of our customers, orders including
payment will have priority processing
Wholesale prices are based on Re-Order Quantity Minimum 10 Garments or 10
Hats. Surcharges apply to smaller orders
NEW ORDERS:- Quantity 24 or more, 50% deposit with WRITTEN ORDER. Balance
payable on completion
REPEAT ORDERS:- 1 to 20 garments, Payment in full with WRITTEN ORDER
REPEAT ORDERS:- 20 and over garments 50% deposit, balance on completion.
REPEAT ORDERS CAN BE AN OCCASIONAL
CONCESSIONARY 1 to 9 IF A MINIMUM 10 ORDER CANNOT BE
ACHIEVED
THE PRICE IS THEN SURCHARGED PER ITEM BY £2.00 OVER THE ORIGINAL ORDER

Please Note:- FREE origination of motifs include a motif of approx. 8000
stitches, plus one line of writing (up to 180 degrees).
Extra lines of writing (repeatable) are charged at 50p per extra line.
Extra lines, different for each garment ie personalisation are charged at
£1.00t per extra line.
Motifs of more than 8000 stitches will be subject to a surcharge of 50p per 1000
stitches per garment.
Motifs of more than 8000 stitches will also have a "one of" design charge
of £10.00 per 1000 stitches over the normal amount, therefore a motif of 10,000 stitches will have a FREE design for
8,000, the customer then pays a "one off" £20.00 for the extra 2000
stitches....
99% of motifs come within the normal range, there however obviously has to
be a limit on the intricacy of motifs.

WE DO ENDEAVOUR TO PROCESS ORDERS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, HOWEVER, PLEASE ALLOW 28
DAYS FOR POSTING DATE TO UK DESTINATIONS AFTER THE DATE THAT WE
RECEIVE YOUR WRITTEN ORDER, TOGETHER WITH THE REMITTANCE PAYMENT.
OVERSEAS MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER.
COMPLETION OF ORDERS IS DEPENDENT ON THE AVAILABILITY OF GARMENTS
FROM OUR SUPPLIER. IN THE EVENT OF A TEMPORARY NON-AVAILABILITY, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO
EXTEND THE 28 DAY COMPLETION PERIOD. OR IF THE COMPLETE ORDER IS REQUIRED WITHIN 28
DAYS, TO MAKE AGREED SUBSTITUTE GARMENT CHANGES.

DELIVERY BECAUSE OF TEMPORARY NON-AVAILABILITY, EXTRA P& P WILL BE AT THE CUSTOMERS
